Hidden Valley was voted best golf course in Utah 2002-2003 by Golf Digest. Guess they finally listened to the Utah Golf Guru. This is my personal favorite course in northern Utah. The fairways are lush and lined with tall, mature trees. The greens are PGA Tour quality smooth, fast, but soft enough to back up a 5-iron.
The practice facilities at HVCC are fantastic. There are two practice greens, a short game area with bunker and a large driving range with a beautiful east facing view of the mountains.
This is one of my favorite courses on this planet.

The greens are fast. Take some time on the practice putting green to get used to them.
Make sure you can hit your driver straight. If you can't hit your driver straight, work on your "punching out of trees" shot.
